As a practitioner, educator and volunteer wildlife rehabilitator. I have a very tight schedule. As a professional I strive to maintain my appointments and expect my clients to do the same. Due to these circumstances, I require a 24- 48 hour cancellation/reschedule notice. That way I can schedule another client in your spot. If you are a no show and do not contact me ahead of time, barring an extreme emergency of course) you will lose your spot and the fees you paid. It is not my intention to do this, however it is necessary to keep things running smooth and make sure all the clients that want to have time with me get that time in an efficient manner.
